Dallas County Records Building

Dallas, TX

An extensive rehabilitation of the historical 280,000-SF Dallas County Records Building complex was begun in 2017, connecting three downtown Dallas buildings: The Old Criminal Courts Building (built 1915),  The Records Building (built 1928), and The Records Building Annex (built 1955).  When completed, the renovated complex will create one cohesive facility, providing a unique intersection of old and new construction. A newly added 40,000-SF, glass-enclosed seventh floor will be open to the public and used for special events.
