Lakewood Country Club
Lakewood Country Club, founded in 1912 as Dallas’ second 18-hole golf course and the birthplace of the Byron Nelson Classic, received a renovation that took it into its second century of service and Pritchard Associates was there to manage the construction process. The 140,000-square foot project included a new underground parking garage, 8 new tennis courts (which sit on top of the underground parking garage), 3 new pools, a pool bar for adults, a children’s play area, and a fire pit. Renovations to the tennis building also took place, which included the addition of a pro shop and men’s and women’s locker rooms.
