San Antonio Food Bank

Pritchard Associates was brought on in 2003 to aid the San Antonio Food Bank in developing their new headquarters.  We administered staffing surveys to determine geographic preferences, analyzed potential sites for suitability, and worked with a highly-specialized team of experts and the Food Bank board to design a premier facility from which the Food Bank could serve the needs of Bexar County's economically-disadvantaged population.  After two years of design and fundraising, construction of this 104,245 SF facility began at the end of 2005 and completed at the end of 2006.  Pritchard was hired again in 2012 to oversee a 100,000 SF addition to the existing facility.
